KOSPO USA Technical Project Coordinator and Planner
Duties / Responsibilities
- Plan
and coordinate project schedules, goals, and milestones
- Create
technical documentation as needed
- Create written reports on the
progress of project
- Keep projects on track for successful
completion by set deadlines
- Work closely with Technical and
Engineering Executive Managers to develop and maintain detailed
schedules of all project phases (Engineering, Procurement and
Construction) using Primavera P6.0.
- Maintain Master Project
Schedule and make sure all agreements with contractors are
met
- Develop and maintain summary level schedule reports such as
Gantt, milestone charts, and other tools used to support critical
path analysis
- Gather and analyze information to prepare reports on
the progress of projects.
- Make on-site visits to review
construction progress as directed by managers
- Support the project
management team in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of
projects, including owner’s obligation
- Maintain accurate
records/paperwork
- Facilitate and participate in weekly project
schedule reviews
- Perform other duties as assigned by CEO and
Managers
Skills and Qualifications
- College degree
in engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred)
- Bilingual in
Korean and English (required)
- Excellent communication and
organizational skills
- An understanding of basic engineering
concepts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Flexibility and
adaptability in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong
organizational, analytical, and writing skills
- Experience writing
functional and technical specifications a plus
- Experience using
Primavera P6 a plus
Job Type:
Full-time
Contract (1 year)
Salary:
$40,000 to
$60,000/year. Salary is commensurate with education and
experience
