- Bilingual (English & Korean)
- Strong Customer Service Skills, Cooperative and Enthusiastic
- Ability to Assess, Isolate, and Resolve IT Issue within Corporate IT Environment
Required Skills
- Two to five years of hands-on experience working in an end-user desktop support role or computer operations environment required.
- Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, and Mac OSX
- Windows Server 2003 and 2008 and 2012
- Remote Desktop support
- Active Directory and Exchange
- Advanced printer / peripheral device troubleshooting
- TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
- In-depth knowledge of hardware and software
