Rayno Window Film Inc is looking for a Full Time Sales & Operation Support to join our team of a rapidly growing brand in the window film industry.

Hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM w/ 1hr lunch.

Responsibilities include:

·         Taking inbound calls and making outbound sales calls

·         Greeting customers

·         Customer service

·         Taking and processing orders, returns and replacements

·         Claim and maintaining relationship with logistic partners

·         Payment collection from customers

·         Maintaining and ordering office supplies

·         Making reservations

·         Keeping records/reports

·         May assist other staff members with their duties as workload dictates

Qualifications include:

·         Excellent telephone etiquette

·         Customer service skills

·         Multi-tasking ability

·         Excellent computer skills

·         Close attention to detail

·         Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

·         Basic office skills

·         Punctuality

·         Strong time management skills
