LG 계열 물류 회사에서 Coordinator 를 찾습니다. 

회사는 Franklin Park, IL 와 Bolingbrook. IL 에 위치하고 있습니다. 

지원자격: 

1.     Bachelor's Degree

2.     미국내 합법적으로 근무 가능한자 (취업비자 스폰 불가능 합니다)

3.     기업 근무 경험자를 선호하긴 하나 Entry-level 분들도 가능합니다

4.     English/Korean Bilingual (한국어 능통자 선호)

Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Place Customs clearance request within time manner

• Keep monitoring shipment’s status thru web, checking with steam ship line

• Coordinate with consignee, carriers on scheduled and/or reschedules pick-up and delivery appointments with carriers

• If there is any issues, find the alternative way to solve the issue or problem with proper action

• Work with carrier, consignee to optimize customer’s need

• Monitor and communicate with carriers to ensure that scheduled carrier arrive on time at the consignee’s warehouse

• Monitor and communicates with dispatch personnel at carriers to verify trucks are arrived on time and properly unloaded in good condition

• Resolve any pickup or delivery time issues with transportation partners

• Analyze and report pre-defined traffic data to management using excel or system database

• Maintains carrier and tariff profile information on a timely basis

• Create invoice to customers if need without errors
