WIN SOON was founded in Southern California 20+ years ago with the big help of its mother company in South Korea with 40+ years experiences in food & beverage industry. The products by WIN SOON are available at select stores in the US, Mexico and S. Korea now.
Logistics/Inventory Supervisor
+ Communications with logistics
companies and vendors for supply chain; in/out-bound
+ Responsible for shipping and receiving of all shipment and documentation
+ Make documents for daily production & shipping; pallet tags, bill of
lading & etc.
+ Update Quickbook for all purchase orders and logistic-related changes
+ Responsible for creating Production schedule weekly, based on future shipping
+ Inventory check of all raw materials and finished products for reconciliation
+ Supervise and coordinate activities of the team members under Work safety
+ Fork lift driving is a plus
Pasteurizer
+ Make batches from raw
ingredients with various recipes
+ Prepare raw ingredients for batches
+ Check raw ingredients ahead of loading into machine for each batch
+ Pasteurize product per batch with automated system
+ Follow Batch and cleaning instructions of supervisor to ensure food safety
and quality
+ Complete relevant documentation per batch
+ Clean and maintain equipment, process lines and work area under instruction
of CIP/COP
