2018 Spring/Summer Sublease - one bedroom apt on campus(UIUC)

I'm going abroad for 2018 Spring semester and would like to sublease my beautiful one bedroom apartment at 201 S Busey Ave in Urbana. The location is great - 5 mins walk to engineering quad, 10 mins to the south quad, and there are four bus lines around (13, 10, 5 and 22). It's a nice and quiet grad student community here. The rent is $620/mo, and it's fully furnished with central AC, dishwasher, and food waste processor. Feel free to msg me for more info.
