Korean Air is currently seeking a global-minded Passenger Sales Representative who will contribute to the success of the sales team.

• Position: Passenger Sales Representative
• Job Type: Full-Time, Remote
• Salary: $36,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
• Job Location:
  • 1. Atlanta, Georgia
    • Remote but requires frequent business travel within Georgia 

• • 2. Dallas Fort-Worth, Texas
    • Remote but requires frequent business travel within Texas 

2. Job Description/Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data and research market trends to enhance sales
• Develop new markets in the sales territory
• Position competitive prices and communicate price-related matters with travel agents         and U.S. HQ Marketing/Sales teams
• Answer travel agencies’ inquiries and resolve conflicts
• Provide travel agencies with professional reservation, ticketing and sales support
• Monitor travel agencies for possible default and/or malpractice
• Handle administrative tasks and communicate with headquarters personnel

3. Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or other relevant disciplines           preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
• 1+ years of sales experience preferred
