8. Architecture Supervisor

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Under policy direction from the Discipline Lead Engineer, Engineering Manager, Team Leader and Project Manager, the Civil(Arch.) Supervisor position is in charge of Civil(Arch.) Construction including but not limited to below.

·         Progress & Schedule Control

·         Drawing, Specification and Shop drawing

·         Coordination 

·         Site Check and Record

Qualification/Requirement

·          Bachelor of Engineering

·          Experience in Construction (more than 3 years)

·          Experience in Construction of Reinforced Concrete & Steel Structure

·          MS office, AutoCAD and Naviswork (or Revit)

·          Experience in Quality Control

·           Fluent in Korean and English 

9. HVAC/Mechanical SI

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Under policy direction from the Discipline Lead Engineer, Engineering Manager, Team Leader and Project Manager, the HVAC/Mech. Supervisor position is in charge of managing electrical works of both engineering and construction wise during the entire project period.

Qualification/Requirement

·          Bachelor of Engineering

·          Experience in Construction (more than 15 years, even retiree)

·          Preferred to have experiences in module fabrication

·          Familiar with local regulation (especially air abatement part)

·          Preferred to have experiences in quality control

10. Project Engineer

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Under policy direction from the Team Leader and Project Manager, the Project Engineer position is in charge of managing the Project during the entire project period in terms of schedule, cost, safety and quality.

Qualification/Requirement

·          Bachelor of Engineering

·          Experience in Project Management (more than 3 years)

·          Computer literacy (preparedness to learn and manage computer software packages necessary for office work, especially related to communication and information management);

·          In addition to English, fluent in Korean

11. BIM Engineer

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Under policy direction from the BIM Manager/Engineer and the Project Team, the BIM Coordinator position is in charge of 3D BIM Models(including Revit, Navisworks manage, AutoCAD, 3D Laser Scan data merge Program) management to all work, 3D Laser Scanning and scan data merge and review, manage /coordinate 3D BIM Models between us and subcontractor.

Qualification/Requirement

·          At least two years of proven experience in 3D BIM(Revit, Navisworks) modeling, review and managing work (including export Bill of Material, 2D drawing from Revit and clash check, usi

·          At least one year of proven experience in 3D Laser Scanner operating and merge the scan data by using program.

·          Computer literacy (preparedness to learn and manage computer software packages necessary for office work, especially related to communication and information management);

·          Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize routine and ad hoc tasks

·          Demonstrated ability to communicate in written and spoken English;

12. Mechanical Supervisor

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Under policy direction from the Superintendent and the Project Team, the Mechanical Supervisor position is in charge of Mechanical Construction including Module Fabrication.

Qualification/Requirement

·          Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

·          Experience in Mechanical & Piping Construction (more than 3yrs)

·          Experience in Progress Management

·          Experience in BIM

·          MS Office Programs, Auto CAD

13. Civil Supervisor

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Under policy direction from the Superintendent and the Project Team, the Civil Supervisor position is in charge of Civil Construction.

Qualification/Requirement

·          Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

·          Auto CAD, Revit, Naviswork

·          Experience in Steel Structure, Reinforced Concrete Work (more than 3yrs)

14. Electric Supervisor

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Under policy direction from the Superintendent and the Project Team, the Electric Supervisor position is in charge of Electric Construction 

Qualification/Requirement

·          Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

·          Experience in Electrical Construction (more than 3 years)

·          Experience in Progress Management

·          MS Office, Auto CAD, Naviswork

15. Scheduler

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Under policy direction from the interface manager, scheduler and the project team, the scheduler position is in charge of operating sub-contract schedule, controlling and coordinating subcontracts 

Qualification/Requirement

·          proven experience as scheduler in General Construction or Cooperative Company

·          Advanced proficiency in project scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS-Project

·          Strong reporting skills for project Status

      ·          Good interpersonal and communication skills;
