고급 lash salon에서 몇개월정도 여행오셔서 일하실수 있는 기술자 테크니션 분들 급히 구합니다! 거의 대부분 외국고객분들이고 대부분 까다롭지 않고 좋은분들이 많습니다 ^^
인터뷰 후 또는 일해보신 후에 퍼센트 커미션제와 주급제 중에 선택하실 수도 있습니다.
대부분의 경우 퍼센트 커미션제 일때 페이가 훨씬 높아요! 모든 셋트 하실 수 있는 기술자 분들은 보통 50% 지급해드리고 실력별로 매상의 40-50% (평균 $200-300 이상/ 일급) 지급 가능합니다. 물론 플러스 팁입니다.
프리랜서 가능하시고 단 모든 직원은 세금보고 가능자만 지원 가능하십니다.
화-토, 2-5일 파트타임 풀타임 항상 융통성 있게 운영됩니다.
직원분들의 몸에 편하시도록 높낮이 조절되는 자동전자식 테이블이 준비되어있고 깨끗하고 분위기 화기애애한 환경입니다~

Hello!
Now we are hiring Junior or Senior technicians who can travel for a couple months from a good lash studio! Our clientele is mostly from here, and they are usually very kind and not specific in lashes.
After your interview, or you start working here in a couple weeks or months, you can actually change either you want a fixed pay, or percentage commission pay!
Most of the time, the commission base is HIGHER than the fixed pay! Usually master technicians take 50% but it will be 40-50% (avrg. $200-300 per day) depending on your skills and handling clients. And PLUS TIPS!
Freelancing is available, and every employee must pay their own taxes. We are very flexible, and you can work 2-5 days (part or full time) a week, and we open Tue- Sat.
We are prepared with very comfortable electronic tables for technicians and clean and friendly atmosphere.
