재미한인과학기술자협회(KSEA)는 2022년 1월 21일부터 22일까지 이틀간 “Re-imagined Possibility”라는 주제로 Ygnite Conference 2022를 조지아주 애틀랜타에서 개최합니다. Ygnite 컨퍼런스에서는 업계 및 비즈니스 전문가와 참가자, 일반인, 학생 등 200여명이 한 자리에 모여 미래인재 육성에 대해 토론하고, 네트워킹, 아이디어, 지식, 경험등을 공유할 수 있는 기회의 장이 마련할 예정입니다.

올해의 스타트업 프로그램은 Idea Pitch 경연 대회, 패널, 토론, 세미나 및 네트워킹 세션으로 구성됩니다. Idea Pitch 대회는 잠재적인 기업가들을 대상으로 하며 혁신적인 벤처 계획에 대한 지원을 제공하는 것을 목표로 하고, 예비창업가 혹은 청년창업가들에게 사업 아이디어와 고민을 나눌 자리를 마련할 예정입니다. 선정된 아이디어 피치 참가팀들은 각 팀당 3분간 아이디어 소개 발표를 하게 됩니다. 투자자들과 기업가들의 심사를 거쳐 우승한 팀에게는 상금이 지급될 예정입니다.

Ygnite (pronounced ‘ignite’) brings together over 200 of the brightest and most promising early-career scientists and engineers from America and South Korea. Ygnite is a technical leadership conference that runs on Jan 21-23, 2022, at Atlanta, GA. Ygnite programming invites experts from academia, industry, and business to share their challenges and paths to success in order to help participants develop their leadership skills. Participants share their knowledge and experience with each other while expanding their personal and professional networks. 

This year’s Start-Up Program will consist of idea pitch competition, panel discussion, seminars, and networking sessions. The Idea Pitch Competition targets potential entrepreneurs and aims to provide support for their potential innovative venture plans. We invite any participant with an interest in starting their own business to provide a 3-minute pitch. Winners from each competition will receive a monetary award.
