3. Job Description

Responsibilities, but not limit to:

Prepare and request approvals for AP invoices  

Enter AP invoices in the ERP system 

Release (paid) invoices  

Assist with periodic closes 

Assist with store/warehouse inventory audit  

Maintain general ledger as needed  

Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling statements and related transaction 

4. Qualifications

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics

Bilingual (Korean and English) is preferred

Knowledge in SAP is preferred

Experience in the related field is preferred

5. 근무 조건

- 근무 형태: Full Time

- 근무 요일: 월~토 (단, 토요일은 격주 근무)

- 근무 시간: 8:00 AM ~ 6:00 PM (토요일 9:00 AM ~ 1:00 PM)

- 급여: 면접 후 협의

- 일정 기간 근무 후 연차 휴가 부여

- 일정 기간 근무 후 회사 리조트 사용 가능

- 미국 공휴일 6일 휴무
