안녕하세요 카텍 HR 이미복입니다.
글로벌 자동차 부품 업체이며 BMW 1차 협력업체인 Car Tech LLC에서 아래와 같이 HR 직원을 채용 중입니다.
Position: HR Specialist (Entry Level) 근무 시작: 6월 7일 (at the earliest) 근무 지역: Spartanburg, SC 근무 시간: Mon - Fri / 8 am - 5 pm (필요시 주중 오버타임 가능)Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain the office environment for smooth business operation
- Office management, purchase office supplies as directed by manager
- Co-work with headquarter in Korea for corporate related item
- Administer all corporate related reports and attached documents
- translate for Korean employees from headquarter relating to BMW new project
- Accurate management of postal letters, documents, notices, and carrier deliveries
- organize & store purchase/sales/import/export documents
- Manage overhead expenses & receipts
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluency in Korean and English
현재는 BMW와의 신규 프로젝트 진행 관계로 통역 및 General Affair 업무가 메인이며 프로젝트 후에는 HR 인원 관련 업무가 추가될 예정입니다.
