Hello! My roommate is going back to Japan on October 25th and we are looking for someone to fill a room in our 3 bed 2 bath apartment near USD.

We are offering a private room with shared bathroom

- Deposit: $980

- Monthly: $980 + utilities (usually around $60) 

- Large walk-in closet

- Furnished 

- Location: Morena

- Room availability: October 25

- Safe neighborhood/located on the 2nd floor

- 6 month term and then month to month after 

- No couples/pets 

- No smoking

- Current occupancy: 3 

We are clean, quiet, to ourselves, friendly, considerate of each other’s things/space, and are looking for someone who lives a similar lifestyle.
