Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- · Operation of Exchange, Windows, Active Directory, GPO
- · Basic operation of network
- · Manage and maintain third-party email security / filtering solution
- · Architect and manage new projects and deployment of infrastructure
- · Provide level 3 support for the helpdesk (regarding Exchange / AD)
- · Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using Exchange / AD
- · Monitors Exchange / Active Directory server performance and mail routing.
- · Provide internal documentation for daily operation
- · Participate in project review meetings as needed.
- · Work in a team environment and foster open communication to ensure knowledge transfer to team members.
- · Participate in on-call after-hours coverage in case of emergency issue arises.
Job Requirements:
- · Bachelor’s degree required
- · 5+ years of experience with Active Directory, GPO, DNS, etc.
- · 5+ years of experience design, maintain and support a multi-site, high-availability Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013 environment (HA, DAG, MSCS, etc.)
- · 5+ years of experience performing regular maintenance to ensure the system is secure, healthy, and fully redundant
- · 5+ years of experience with back up and recovering Microsoft® Exchange servers and databases
- · Ability to serve as a Microsoft Exchange escalation resource
- · Provide leadership and recommendations on improving overall IT systems and infrastructure with a focus on Microsoft® Exchange services
- · Investigate and utilize Microsoft Exchange services to improve business operations or streamline business processes
- · Basic Knowledge of ITIL (Change Management, Process Management, etc.)
- · Physical requirements - must be able to lift 40 pounds
