각 업무별 job description
1. QC Manager
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Under policy direction from the Quality Manager and the Project Management, the QC Manager position is in charge of site quality activity including inspection, quality record control, quality document (ITP, procedure, etc.) review, qualification, non-conformance control, monitoring and managing of subcontractor’s quality activities.
Qualification/Requirement
· At least five(5) years of proven experience as quality manager
· Aware of applicable Code/standard(ASME, API, IBC etc)
· Having sufficient experience of construction quality control.
· Demonstrated ability to communicate in written and spoken English;
· Good interpersonal and communication skills;
2. QC Engineer
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Under policy direction from the Quality Manager and the Project Management, the QC staff position is in charge of site quality activity including inspection, quality record control, quality document (ITP, procedure, etc.) review, qualification, non-conformance control, monitoring and managing of subcontractor’s quality activities.
Qualification/Requirement
· At least five(3) years of proven experience as quality personnel
· Aware of applicable Code/standard(ACI, IBC etc)
· Having sufficient experience of construction quality control of Civil/arch. work
· Demonstrated ability to communicate in written and spoken English;
· Good interpersonal and communication skills;
3. Inspector
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Under policy direction from the Procurement Manager and the Project Team, the Inspector position is in charge of vendor inspection management including ITP set-up Vendor Print check, inspection coordination and actual inspection participation.
Qualification/Requirement
· At least two years of proven experience in procurement work
· Computer literacy (preparedness to learn and manage computer software packages necessary for office work, especially related to communication and information management);
· Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and prioritize routine and ad hoc tasks
· Demonstrated ability to communicate in written and spoken English;
· Good interpersonal and communication skills;
4. Cost Engineer
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Under policy direction from the Field Control Manager and the Project Team, the Cost Engineer position is in charge of Cost Management including Reviewing Subcontractor’s progress and invoice for payment, Reporting status and correspondence with Subcontractor.
Qualification/Requirement
· Minimum of five years’ experience in cost engineering
· Strong communication skills both written and verbal
· Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office programs
· Proficient with computer programs and a working knowledge of new technology
5. Document Controller
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Under policy direction from the Field Control Manager and the Project Team, the Document Controller position is in charge of Management of Document including Printing/Distribution/Collecting and Registration.
Qualification/Requirement
· Minimum of two years’ experience in document control
6. HSE Supervisor
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Support HSE Manager activities.
· Perform site inspection for compliance of Subcontractor’s HSE Management System
· Wrap up Safety Document which is submitted by Subcontractor.
(HSE Management Systems such as Training plan and records, Emergency Response plans, Job Hazard Analysis, Incident reports, etc.)
· Performs research and conduct Client’s request.
· Buy PPE and Safety facilities for SEA Colleagues.
· Preparing Safety Committee Meeting.
· Share the Audit and Inspection result to Subcontractors and Owner
· Follows up HQ visits with clear and concise communications
· Participates in fact finding Root Cause Analysis for injury / incident investigations and obtains accident and injury reports from jobsites
Qualifications
· Bilingual Speaking - Spanish, English (Necessary)
· knowledge of OSHA standards, rules, and regulations and proficiency
· At least 3 years of proven field construction experience as a HSE Engineer
· Computer Skills – Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel, etc.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Bachelor’s degree in safety, ergonomics, engineering or a related construction field required (Preferred)
· Certified Safety Professional (SHEP etc.) (Preferred)
· Experience as a Safety Engineer in Texas (Preferred)
7. Mechanical Design Engineer
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Under policy direction from the Discipline Lead Engineer, Engineering Manager, Team Leader and Project Manager, the Mechanical Design Engineer position is in charge of all design works including but not limited to below
Qualification/Requirement
· Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
· Experience in Construction (more than 3 years)
· Auto CAD, Revit, Navisworks
· Computer literacy (preparedness to learn and manage computer software packages necessary for office work, especially related to communication and information management);
· Demonstrated ability to communicate in written and spoken English;
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
