Up Solution은 뉴저지에 본사를 20년 전통의 카드 결제 전문 회사로써 미 전역에 있는고객에게 신용카드 및 비현금 결제 서비스 제공하고 있습니다. 그 외에도 FlexGift®와 같은 Giftcard Loyalty 프로그램,자회사인 UP Solution을 통한 POS 시스템,휴대폰을 통한 모바일 결제 시스템 등 고객이 필요한 모든 제품과 서비스들을 제공하여 최적의 환경에서 비지니스를 하실 수 있도록 돕고 있습니다.

현재 Chicago 지사에서 같이 일하실 POS Tech Support를 모집을 하고 있습니다.  여러분의 지원 기다리겠습니다.

Responsibilities

• A tech support provides training and technical assistance to merchants and agents.
• Tech Support Representatives are responsible for troubleshooting of terminal and POS computer hardware and software.
• The position requires interaction with customers helping them resolve their technical issues through electronic medium such as email or phone.

Qualifications

-Min. 1 year experienced, demonstrated success in technical support with POS/PC 

-Experience in training and supporting end users 

-Experience with databases, networks, and updates management

-Knowledge of LAN cables and wiring

-Knowledge of system security, as well as data backup/recovery

-한국어/중국어 가능하신 분 우대
